Luke is a qualitative researcher with 3 years’ experience in using a range of methods to uncover nuanced insights on consumer behaviour and decision-making across sectors.

Passionate and curious about exploring human behaviour, Luke holds a Master’s Degree in Media Psychology. As part of the qualitative team at Ipsos B&A for the last 2 years, Luke has a wealth of experience in using qualitative methodology (with some focus on face-to-face and ethnographic techniques) on projects spanning concept testing, product and creative development, brand positioning, consumer sentiment, sponsorship evaluation, and behavioural research.
