She studied international justice law and social science in Maynooth University and continued to work within the MU Law Department as a tutor and research assistant on a number of projects, including the Horizon 2020 project, “CareHD”.

Katie has expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and multi-disciplined research, as well as experience in juvenile justice law, health and technology, and therapeutic jurisprudence.
