Having spent over 15 years managing Ipsos B&A’s CATI Unit in full compliance with MRS and ESOMAR Codes of Conduct, Emma brings all that insight and knowledge of the Market Research business with her in her role as DPO, Compliance and Contracts manager here in Ireland.

Having always had an interest in Data Protection, she completed the Certified Data Protection Practitioner course with the ICS in 2016 and became a member of ADPO (Association of Data Protection Officers). In March 2024 she completed the Certified GDPR and Data Protection course with the IPA (Institute of Public Administration) and regularly attends ongoing training and conferences in her field. She is passionate about data privacy.

Emma has a B.A. in Communications Studies from DCU and an M.A. in Film Studies from UCD.
