Aisling is an expert in all quantitative methodologies and has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors. She began her research career at Ipsos B&A in 2004 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management and Marketing. She has managed the Quality of Postal Service Monitor on behalf of ComReg, ensuring compliance with the European Standard EN:13850, since 2004. Aisling manages all quantitative research undertaken for safefood and the HSE’s National Tobacco Control Office . Aisling also has vast experience in conducting large-scale tracking projects in the areas of Customer Satisfaction (Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi), Loyalty (Vodafone, O2) and Corporate Reputation (RTE, Safefood). Since 2022, Aisling has managed the National Household Travel survey, a large-scale study on travel behaviours in the Republic of Ireland, the data from which is now used as an official Government statistic.
