Damian began his research career in 1994 with Irish Marketing Surveys working on brand tracking and product innovation research, mostly in the FMCG and telecoms sectors. In 2000, he joined MRBI and became Managing Director in 2006, taking on responsibility for some of the longest-established and highest-profile research projects in Ireland. In 2023, Damian became President of Ipsos B&A following the merger of Ipsos MRBI and Behaviour & Attitudes.
For the past 20 years, Damian has focused on helping clients understand how Ireland is changing and the implications for their brands and their business. His research interests have focused on media, political and social trends, as well as the application of advanced analysis tools and techniques.
Damian was a student award winner with the Marketing Institute of Ireland, a Research Excellence award winner and a former Chairman of the Marketing Society (Ireland).
