He has a BSc and MSc in Nutrition and Food Science and completed his PhD in 2024 from Technological University Dublin, where he conducted a multi-method study on Irish adults’ perceptions of healthy and sustainable eating. Following his PhD, he worked in MCCP, a research and brand strategy agency, and joined Ipsos B&A in May 2025. He has worked on a variety of quantitative and qualitative research projects with clients from a diverse range of sectors, including FMCG, insurance, tourism, retail and the public sector.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to explore different cultures, experimenting with new recipes and reading books on behavioural science, sustainability, and food history.
