Aoife is an experienced CATI staff member with over 16 years’ experience in the company. Having started as a telephone interviewer, Aoife moved on to being a supervisor before becoming Deputy Manager in 2016.

Aoife tracks the quality and productivity of call centre interviewers as well as overseeing the work of Supervisors and QC staff members. Aoife is involved with the sample and quota management of projects, along with sample analysis. Aoife has had responsibility for the recruitment and hiring of new staff for the CATI Unit for the last 7 years and has a wealth of experience in briefing and training new and current staff to ensure our quality standards are to a high standard. Aoife has a BA in English from UCD.
