She has a diverse professional background in UX, the arts and education that has enabled her to build a unique set of skills and perspectives. One of those skills is moderation which includes focus groups, in depth interviews, usability testing and online ethnographies.

She has experience with suppling insights for both local and international clients. Overall, understanding people’s behaviours, attitudes and experiences is the highlight of the job.

When she is not spending time with people, she loves engaging in anything creative whether that is dancing, drawing or baking.
