ComReg Mobile Consumer Experience Research Project

Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg), Ireland’s regulator of the electronic communications and postal sectors, is working with Ipsos B&A on a large scale face-to-face research project.

This is the Mobile Consumer Experience Research Project, a nationwide survey that was previously conducted in 2017, 2019, and 2022. This marks the fourth iteration of the project. It is a face-to-face research initiative aimed at assessing consumers’ experiences and attitudes regarding their mobile phone service.

If you are contacted by one of our interviewers to take part, you will be asked to sign a GDPR consent form at the beginning in order to continue with the full interview. This consent form will ask for some important details including your name, phone number, address (including your Eircode), and some details about your current mobile phone plan (who your provider is and whether you are billpay or prepay).
