The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) has published the results of the 2022 CRU Consumer Survey. Behaviour & Attitudes (B&A), in conjunction with The Research Perspective, was commissioned to carry out an Annual Market review encompassing surveys of approximately 2,000 residential customers and 650 SME’s.

The survey was conducted between May and July 2022, and measures consumer engagement, experience and attitudes in the electricity and gas markets in Ireland.
